When teaching or presenting I often need to launch an app quickly. If I know I will be using an application before the session then I will set up a shortcut or alias ahead of time. But there are many times when I want to run an ad-hoc demonstration.
The Start/Run dialog is a quick way to launch an app. I’m sure you already know this. Here is a list of keyword you can use in the dialog. I’m writing this tip today because I’d forgotten how to launch Word from the dialog. Today I was throwing out some old notes and saw the keyword for Microsoft Word.
